Kiwi berry aperitif or cocktail (mojito)


    • 1 carton of kiwi berries
    • 1 dsp syrup
    • 1/1 (cane sugar and water)
    • Juice of 2 limes
    • ½ dl Bacardi
    • ½ dl kiwi jenever
    • Handful of mint (or splash of mint syrup
    • 1 egg white


Shake the egg white, splash of Bacardi and a little lime juice in a beaker until it forms a frothy mass.
Pour the kiwi juice into a cocktail glass and then spoon the egg white froth on top.
Garnish with freshly grated lime zest.
