Caprese Salad with anchovies
    • 300 g mozzarella
    • 400 g large, ripe tomatoes
    • 1 large bunch of basil
    • 6 anchovy fillets in oil
    • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    • small garlic clove
    • salt


  • Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes in slices
  • Layer alternating slices of tomatoes and mozzarella
  • Divede the anchovies in two (lengthwise) and arrange them on top of the tomatoes and mozzarella
  • Chop garlic and basil finely for the marinade, mix the herbs with Extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the salad with the marinade
  • Serve this dish with ciabatta bread.
